I left it all behind to discover what is Real.

I was a sought-after voice and on-camera talent. Then I built an $8 million company. Two successful careers, both built for someone else's approval.
I walked away from both.

After having done decades in therapy and 12-step rooms, and every retreat, workshop and masterclass I could find,
I found myself with three suitcases and a few hundred dollars, starting over in a way I never saw coming. What followed was four years of living in 108 different places.

I know what it is to follow a knowing that nobody but you can see yet, and to walk through the fire of it all.

None of it is my story anymore. All of it is my medicine.

Six decades taught me that the answer was never going to come from another method, another title or another expert. It lives in the body. And most of us have been taught to override it so well that we call it being reasonable.

What I do

I see through the B.S. and hit the tender spot.
Women come to me when they're done circling the thing and are ready to name it.
When they're tired of being almost themselves.

I don't hand you a framework. I listen at a depth most people don't reach
and I ask the one question that makes everything else fall away.

You answer. You feel it. You thank me later.

I work with women 1:1 and in groups
women who are so over being good and ready to find where their wild meets their wisdom.

In 2018 I was inexplicably drawn to swim with the dolphins off the island of Bimini.

The very first night I was there, I had a dream.

The dolphins gave me a name.

The name was ADELPHI.

I didn't really comprehend what this meant. But years before, I had purchased a large letter "a" that had been part of a neon sign and I hung it on my wall. Everyone always asked me what the "a" was for. I told them I didn't know. At the time, I had no idea.

Adelphi is Greek for sisterhood, beloved, of the same womb. It was a name I was not ready to claim for myself. If it was intended for me at all, it was something I knew I needed to grow into.

I resisted it a great deal - all kinds of reasons why that name was not supposed to be for me.

Until I was ready to recognize that

Delphina was the maiden. Delphine is the Mother.
