Precision. Presence. The particular gift of making someone feel seen at a depth they didn't know was possible in a room full of people.

Delphine has been paid to speak since she was fourteen. As a professional voiceover and on-camera spokesperson she represented banks, hospital systems, grocery chains, and an international restaurant chain across markets from New York to San Francisco. She went on to build and sell a multi-million dollar company - and then spent a decade finding out that external success cannot substitute for the thing she'd been locking out her entire life.

That journey is the work. And the work is what she brings to a stage.

Through FierceGRAVITAS - her podcast, her practice, and her private 1:1 work - Delphine guides women back to the truth of their essence. Not by telling them. By asking the one question that makes everything else irrelevant. She brings that same precision and presence to every room she stands in.

An officer and member of Toastmasters in Dayton Ohio, Santa Monica, and Petaluma California. Host of five podcast series. Facilitator in mastermind and group settings across a multi-decade career in transformational work.

The Key to the Door Within

For every person who has worked tirelessly and built something real - and still feels like home is somewhere just out of reach. This talk traces the journey from a first date in 1999 where she couldn't receive a simple gift, to 108 locations in four years, to the moment a single framework named what had been missing her entire life. The audience leaves with one reframe, one practice, and one question they will carry for the rest of the day, the week, the year - their lives.

Hiding in Plain Sight

For the person who is brilliant at being seen and is exhausted by it. This talk names the experience of high-functioning invisibility - using visibility itself as a shield against being truly seen - and what becomes possible when the performance finally stops.

The Question That Makes Everything Else Irrelevant

For organizations, leadership teams, and communities ready to shift from answers to questions. This talk makes the case that the most transformative thing one human being can offer another is not advice, not strategy, and not a framework. It is the one question that unlocks what the other person has been carrying all along.
